Registration for the 2026 AHS Symposium is now live and is open through April 30th, 2026. Late Registration with a fee begins May 1st, 2026 and closes June 19th, 2026.
We have a number of options to choose from including:
- Full Pass options, which include: access to the opening reception Thursday evening, a welcome bag, and your choice of excursion on Friday afternoon.
- Day Pass Conference attendance with add ons.
- Variable rates for Members, non Members, and Students!
- Add ons for our Gala Dinner and a choice of one excursion on Friday afternoon (an excursion is included with your Full Pass.
- All passes include lunch! Full pass options will include lunch on both Friday and Saturday.
Upon arrival, attendees will receive:
- Name tag and lanyard
- Conference Program

Member Full Pass $200

Non-Member Full Pass $250
Includes admission to all days of the Symposium, a ticket to the Thursday night welcome reception, lunch on both days of the conference, a welcome bag, and your choice of excursion.
Student Full Pass $100
Includes admission to all days of the Symposium, a ticket to the Thursday night welcome reception, lunch on both days of the conference, a welcome bag, and your choice of excursion.
Day Pass $50
Includes admission to one day of symposium activities, a Gala or excursion ticket may be added on for an additional fee.
Day Pass (Student) $35
Includes admission at the Student Rate to one day of symposium activities, a Gala or excursion ticket may be added on for an additional fee.
Excursion Add On $30
For Day Pass attendees. Join us on Friday for an excursion of your choice.
Gala Dinner $120
