The society recognizes individuals who, in its estimation, have notably promoted the field of heraldry and its auxiliary sciences by conferring on them its highest honor: Fellow of the Society. Consisting of esteemed Heraldists, Historians, Artists, Genealogists, and others; our Fellows have made noteworthy contributions both to the Society and to the field of heraldry in the United States.
Any member of the Society may put forward an individual for nomination to the Society’s College of Fellows, a prospective nominee need not be a Member of the Society provided they meet the requirement of having made significant contributions to the field of heraldry in the United States. Sitting Officers of the Society are not eligible for Fellowship. Nominations are taken year-round and should be submitted to the Secretary.
