As this is a new event sponsored by the Society, we are currently seeking both Sponsors for the event and persons to support the creation of Bursaries for our Student attendees and those in need in addition those those that are being offered by the Society. Bursaries
We are currently seeking to support a number of travel and attendance bursaries for our 2026 Symposium. Student Bursaries will be offered to cover the costs of registration for full time undergraduate and graduate students who are members of the AHS, or who are interested in Heraldry and its associated fields. Each Student Bursary will be awarded by the committee on a need based basis. A small donation of $100 will cover the registration fees of a visiting student and future heraldist. If you are interested in supporting the next generation of heraldic scholars please contact the committee.

Sponsorships
This event would not be possible without the gracious support of our members and friends who have kindly donated to the Society and its mission to further Study and Promote the proper use of Heraldry in the United States. For this event we have a number of sponsorship packages available. A number of small gifts accompany each tier and will be given out at check in on the opening day of the event. Lake Erie Sponsor $50+
For any donation of $50 or more we will list a sponsors name in our official event program.
Lake Michigan Sponsor $200+
For any donation of $200 or more we will list a sponsors name in our official event program, and you will receive a complimentary locally made candle and a bound journal emblazoned with your arms.
Lake Huron Sponsor $500+
For any donation of $500 or more we will list a sponsors name in our official event program, and you will receive a complimentary locally made candle, a bound journal emblazoned with your arms, and a tumbler glass etched with the arms of the Society.
Lake Superior Sponsor $1000+
For any donation of $1000 or more we will list a sponsors name in our official event program, and you will receive a complimentary locally made candle, a bound journal emblazoned with your arms, a tumbler glass etched with the arms of the Society, complimentary beverages at our welcome and banquet receptions, and two tickets to our Banquet dinner on Saturday night.
