As this is a new event sponsored by the Society, we are currently seeking both Vendors and Exhibitors for our exhibits hall. More information on how to participate, as well as fees, may be found below. If you have any questions please contact us at program@americanheraldry.org

Vendors

We welcome vendors of varying kinds, including, but not limited to, booksellers, publishers, research services (particularly in the field of Heraldry and Genealogy), and much more.

We would also like to extend an invitation to our heraldic artists and artisans who are affiliated with the AHS and our sister Heraldic Societies around the globe. If you are a heraldic artist (regardless of medium) and are interested in attending please reach out to us. Artists attendees will receive discounted registration rates and a complimentary table in our exhibits hall. Exhibitors

At our Symposium Exhibits hall we would like to include tables for a number of related educational and social organizations who focus on the subject of Heraldry, as well as its associated fields of Genealogy, Numismatics, Vexillology, and much more. If you would like to host a table as an exhibitor please reach out to us via the above provided email or via the contact form below.

Vendor & Exhibitor Fees

Local Non-Profit Organizations $50

For local (within the area of the conference) Non-Profit Organizations who wish to exhibit at the Symposium but not sell merchandise. Includes one table in Exhibits Hall, two chairs, and admission to the Hall but not events for two persons.

Professional and Social Organizations $100

For Professional or Social Membership Organizations (for profit and non profit) who wish to exhibit at the Symposium. Can sell memberships and merchandise. Includes one table in Exhibits Hall, two chairs, and admission to the Hall but not events for two persons.

Commercial vendors $300

For vendors of goods and services who wish to exhibit at the Symposium. Can sell memberships and merchandise. Includes one table in Exhibits Hall, two chairs, and admission to the Hall but not events for two persons.

Heraldic Artists $200

Members of the AHS, RHSC, or another known Heraldic Society may attend the event for the rate of $200 and receive, in addition to their full pass registration: one table in Exhibits Hall and two chairs. We will also have a small number of easels available for table top use.
